Heat sugar with 2 cups water in a small saucepan until sugar dissolves

Pour it into a large bowl and add the remaining water. Meanwhile, puree 1 cup raspberries in a food processor

Add the raspberry puree, lemon juice to cold sugar water mixture, the remaining of the raspberries and lime zest and stir until combined. Pour the mixture in the readmade moulds and freeze overnight the ready to Serve
Cooking Tips

To remove from the mold simply allow to defrost for 5 -10 minutes then gently pull out of the setting. If you have any trouble getting the popsicles out, run them under hot water for 5-10 seconds then pull the popsicles out. Enjoy!
