15 years ago, I discovered my passion for cooking, which combined with my love for food and experience in the industry led me to become a chef. I opened my first restaurant in 2012, second in 2013, and third restaurant in 2016.
During my career, I worked with many professional chefs, five stars hotels around the globe, and high-end restaurants, both locally and internationally.
I became a widely recognized culinary artist and a media personality with a large community of hospitality professionals and food lovers.
As young boy, I never dream of becoming a pilot. However, at some point in my life, I decided I wanted to do something special for my queen, my mom, something wow which would make her proud of me and show my love and appreciation for her. I made my “wow list” and decided: I am going to be a pilot. I graduated from aviation college and joined the airline in 2004.
Today, I’m one of the youngest captains in the world’s number 1 airline, captain on airbus 330 and a350 with more than 10.000 flying hrs.
I combined my passions to make a unique personality which is both the chef and a captain. Captain Chef: a pilot with a master’s degree in business administration who is passionate about cooking.
During my journey, I have crossed six continents and visited more than 175 cities in 65 different countries, all while exploring and learning about their rich, charming, and unique national cuisines.
